Billing Representative definition

Billing Representative means a representative of the Operators appointed to handle billings.
Billing Representative means a representative of the party appointed in accordance with the billing procedures set out in subsection 7.15 of this Annexure;
Billing Representative means a representative of either Party appointed in accordance with clause 9 in Schedule 16;

More Definitions of Billing Representative

Billing Representative means a representative of either Party appointed in accordance with the billing Manual;
Billing Representative means a representative of the party appointed in accordance with the billing procedures set out in subsection 5.10; and

Calendar Day or “day” means a period of 24 consecutive hours and ending at 24:00 midnight including weekends and public holidays. Calendar Year means each year commencing on 1 January and ending on 31 December.
