Billboard Master Lease definition

Billboard Master Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated November 14, 1997 by and between Venetian and New Mall Subsidiary, as successor to Mall Subsidiary (as successor to Mall Construction Subsidiary) pursuant to which the New Mall Subsidiary, as successor to Mall Subsidiary (as successor to Mall Construction Subsidiary), is leasing from Venetian the Additional Billboard Space.
Billboard Master Lease means that certain lease dated as of November 14, 1997 executed by VCR as landlord and GCCLLC as tenant concerning that portion of the Site covered by the Billboard Lease that is not within the Mall Space. The Billboard Master Lease also is sometimes referred to herein as the "Master Lease for Additional Billboard Space."
Billboard Master Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated November 14, 1997 by and between VCR, as landlord, and the Mall Construction Subsidiary, as tenant, pursuant to which the Mall Construction Subsidiary is leasing that portion of the Billboard Space not within the Mall Space.

Billboard Master Lease means that certain Master Lease for Additional Billboard Space dated as of November 14, 1997 between Venetian, as landlord, and Mall Construction, as tenant, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Master Lease for Additional Billboard Space to Lease dated as of July 23, 1999, the tenant's interest under which was assigned by Mall Construction to Grand Canal pursuant to the that certain Assignment and Assumption of Additional Billboard Space dated as of November 12, 1999 and further assigned by Grand Canal to Borrower pursuant to that certain Assignment and Assumption of Additional Billboard Space dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be further amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust.
Billboard Master Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated Novem ber 14, 1997 by and between Venetian and Mall Construction Subsidiary pursuant to which the Mall Construction Subsidiary is leasing from Venetian the Additional Billboard Space.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Lease Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Franchise Agreements means (a) the Franchise Agreements set forth on Part IV of Schedule 4.01(p) hereto, and (b) any Franchise Agreement in respect of a Borrowing Base Asset entered into after the Closing Date in compliance with Section 5.01(r).

  • Signage means advertising displays, hoardings, Glow signs, neon signs, LED signs, LCD signs, any digital signs, any sort of display intended to convey information and described in the schedule.

  • New Franchise Agreement means the franchise license agreement to be entered into between Buyer and the Franchisor, granting to Buyer a franchise to operate the Hotel under the Brand on and after the Closing Date.
