Bill Payment Services definition

Bill Payment Services means the services we provide for the payment of bills, through which you can make payments from your Source Account to specified Payees under the Electronic Banking Services.

Bill Payment Services means and include the bill payment services through the BBPOU duly covered under NPCI’s BBPS framework and also the bill payment services wherein BFL has direct arrangement with Bill Payment Aggregators like IndiaIdeas and PayU.

Bill Payment Services means the bill payment services described in and offered pursuant to Article IV hereof.

• If Company has elected, and Bank has agreed, to the online Bill Payment Services, Company will use the Service to direct Bank to make payments from your designated Account(s) to the Payees you choose in accordance with the Services.

• Termination: We have the right to terminate your Online Bill Payment Services at any time.

• If requested by the Company and agreed by the Bank, Bank will provide Company Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Payment Services subject to the relevant provisions in this Subpart.

• When enrolling in Online Banking, Company may also enroll in the Mobile Banking application (“app”) offered as an optional means to access Online Banking, which may or may not include the Company’s use of the Bill Payment Services, within the Mobile Banking application.

• When a recurring payment is processed, it is automatically rescheduled by the Bill Payment Services.

• You must pay us each fee that we impose for the use of Bill Payment Services disclosed and imposed at the time of the Service.

• You are solely responsible for controlling the safekeeping of, and access to, you Online Banking Access Credential, which are used to access the Bill Payment Services.

• Bill Payment Services, as more specifically described herein, requires that Company enroll in and maintain the Online Banking Service.

Bill Payment Services means the service which allows you to perform payments to third parties from your designated account through instructions entered through NetTellerTM.

Bill Payment Services means those Services offered through Online Banking for payments to companies or individuals.

When you select your Password, we advise you to be prudent in your selection and try to avoid creating Passwords that could be easily guessed by an unauthorized user that has access to your Username. • “Username” is a unique ID that you create to coincide with your Password. Both are required, as may additional security questions, security picture and/or a security phrase that may be required to log into the Online Banking site.

Bill Payment Services. (referred to as “Pay My Provider” on Service Provider’s website) means services under which Wellmark will pay FSA eligible expenses described in this Agreement on behalf of a Participant. Payment will be made via a check or other electronic funds transfer directly to the health care or dependent care provider. Only payee information inserted on Service Provider’s web site or provided through direct contact with customer service representatives during normal business hours will be acted upon. Mail, fax, electronic mail, or voicemail directions will not be processed.

Bill Payment Services means the transmission of Data and Consumer Funds within the United States from a Payor, in order to effectuate payment to a Biller including, Authorized Services (where available), Next Day Services and Standard Services in connection with Agent’s offering of Bill Payment Services at Agent Locations.

Bill Payment Services means the service under which the Plan pays Health Care Expenses or Dependent Care Expenses on behalf of a Participant to a provider designated by the Participant. Such services may be provided by WageWorks directly or by one or more of its Affiliated Service Providers.
