Bilingual teacher definition

Bilingual teacher means a certified teacher approved by the state superintendent under s. 115.28 (15) (a).
Bilingual teacher s aide” means a person who is employed to assist a teacher and who is approved by the state superintendent under s. 115.28 (15) (a).
Bilingual teacher is a teacher who has a CLAD, BCLAD, BCC, or LDS credential and who is responsible for providing primary instruction in native language, SDAIE, or ELD to an assigned cluster of at least six (6) ELL students for 51% or more of the instructional day.
