Bidder‟s Team definition

Bidder‟s Team means the successful Bidder who has to provide services under the scope of this RFP / Agreement. This definition shall also include any and/or all of the employees of Bidder, their authorized agents and representatives or other personnel employed or engaged either directly or indirectly by the Bidder for the purposes of the RFP/Agreement.

Examples of Bidder‟s Team in a sentence

  • To a member of the Bidder‟s Team (“Authorized Person”) if:  The Authorized Person needs the Confidential Information for the performance of obligations under this contract;  The Authorized Person is aware of the confidentiality of the Confidential Information and is obliged to use it only for the performance of obligations under this contract.

  • However, any failure or lapse on the part of the Bidder / Bidder‟s Team in performing any obligation as is necessary and proper, to negate the damage due to projected Force Majeure events or to mitigate the damage that may be caused due to the abovementioned events or the failure to provide adequate disaster management/recovery or any failure in setting up a contingency mechanism would not constitute force majeure, as set out above.

  • In the case of the voting premium, the problem might be that it is calculated from the prices defined by the minority shareholders, not by those benefiting from having the control.

  • A certificate shall be provided by Purchaser to the Bidder for any tax deducted at source 14.2. The Bidder shall bear all personnel taxes levied or imposed on its personnel, or any other member of the Bidder‟s Team, etc.

  • The Bidder shall keep the Purchaser indemnified against all costs, expenses and liabilities howsoever, arising out of any illegal or unauthorized use (piracy) or in connection with any third party claim or proceedings relating to any breach or violation of any permission/license terms or infringement of any Intellectual Property Rights by the Bidder or the Bidder‟s Team during the course of performance of the Services.

  • Relationship between the partiesNothing in this Contract constitutes any fiduciary relationship between KSCDL and Successful Bidder‟s Team or any relationship of employer-employee, principal and agent, or partnership, between KSCDL and Successful bidder.

  • Nothing in this Contract constitutes any fiduciary relationship between the Bank and Successful Bidder/Successful Bidder‟s Team or any relationship of employer - employee, principal and agent, or partnership, between the Bank and Successful Bidder.

  • All safety and labour laws enforced by statutory agencies and by Purchaser shall be applicable in the performance of the Contract and Bidder‟s Team shall abide by these laws.

  • Nothing in the Contract constitutes any fiduciary relationship between the BIADA and Selected Bidder/ Bidder‟s Team or any relationship of employer employee, principal and agent, or partnership, between the BIADA and Selected Bidder.No Party has any authority to bind the other Party in any manner whatsoever except as agreed under the terms of the Contract.BIADA will not be under any obligation to the Implementation Consultant‟s/ Advisor‟s Team except as agreed under the terms of the Contract.

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Design Team means Architect and its Subconsultants as set forth in the Design Services Agreement.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Integration Proponent means in relation to an Integration Agreement, “the Company” or “the Joint Venturers” as the case may be as defined in, and for the purpose of, that Integration Agreement;

  • Personal campaign committee means the committee appointed by a candidate to act for the candidate as provided in this chapter.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Multidisciplinary team means a membership of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of dependent adult abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, public health, social work, law, law enforcement and other disciplines relative to dependent adults. Members of the team shall include, but are not limited to, persons representing the area agencies on aging, county attorneys, health care providers, and others involved in advocating or providing services for dependent adults.

  • Research Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);

  • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Political fundraising committee means a "political fundraising committee" as defined in MCC Ch. 2-156, as amended.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
