Bid Submission definition

Bid Submission means a bid submitted in response to the RFT.
Bid Submission or “Proposal Submission” means that portion of the Bid Opportunity by that name which contains forms to be included in the Bid;
Bid Submission means all of the documentation and information submitted by a Proponent in response to this request.

  • The BAC shall record in the minutes of Bid Submission and Opening, the Bidder’s name, its representative and the time the late bid was submitted.
