Bid Documents definition

Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.
Bid Documents means all documents which are, prior to the delivery of the bid or delivered to the Bidder for the purpose of his bid and includes the Conditions of Bid, the General Conditions, the Special Conditions, the Specification and all relevant drawings, patterns and samples the Form of Bid and all documents referred to in the foregoing, or specified as being available for inspection by the Bidder. The Bid documents must be read as a whole.
Bid Documents means all the documents issued to the bidder to procure works/services/materials.

Examples of Bid Documents in a sentence

  • A late Bid shall not be considered for award unless: (i) no timely Bids meeting the requirements of the Bid Documents are received or, (ii) in the case of a multiple award, an insufficient number of timely Bids were received to satisfy the multiple award; and acceptance of the late Bid is in the best interests of the Authorized Users.

  • Bids must conform to the terms set forth in the Bid Documents, as extraneous terms or material deviations (including additional, inconsistent, conflicting or alternative terms) may render the Bid non-responsive and may result in rejection of the Bid.

  • All employees, Subcontractors or agents performing work under the Contract must be trained staff or technicians who meet or exceed the professional, technical and training qualifications set forth in the Bid Specifications or the Bid Documents, whichever is more restrictive, and must comply with all security and administrative requirements of the Authorized User.

  • Agencies All State Agencies may utilize and purchase under any Centralized Contract let by the Commissioner, unless the Bid Documents limit purchases to specific State Agencies.

  • All Bids must be signed by a person authorized to commit the Bidder to the terms of the Bid Documents and the content of the Bid (offer).

Bid Documents means any of the proposals, plans, and specifications as set forth herein for the completion of the Management and Information Systems Support
