Beyond Repair means a BlackBerry PlayBook with extensive damage that may not be repaired or if repaired, may not operate as designed. “No Trouble Found” shall mean a BlackBerry PlayBook that is returned for repair/replacement/refurbishment that RIM determines to be in good working order with no discernable fault or problem requiring repair, replacement or refurbishment.
Beyond Repair means a BlackBerry Authorized Online Retailer BlackBerry Handheld with extensive damage that may not be repaired or if repaired, may not operate as designed. “No Trouble Found” shall mean a BlackBerry Authorized Online Retailer BlackBerry Handheld that is returned for repair/replacement/refurbishment that BlackBerry determines to be in good working order with no discernible fault or problem requiring repair, replacement or refurbishment.
Beyond Repair means a BlackBerry P’9981 Handheld with extensive damage that may not be repaired or if repaired, may not operate as designed. “No Trouble Found” shall mean a BlackBerry P’9981 Handheld that is returned for repair/replacement/refurbishment that RIM determines to be in good working order with no discernable fault or problem requiring repair, replacement or refurbishment.

  • Restoration means the repair and restoration of an Individual Property after a Casualty or Condemnation as nearly as possible to the condition the Individual Property was in immediately prior to such Casualty or Condemnation, with such alterations as may be reasonably approved by Lender.
