Betting Event definition

Betting Event means in particular a sport result or a public event.
Betting Event means the events the Company makes available to You and on which Bets may be placed, including but not limited to (i) draws of Underlying Lotteries and (ii) betting on the outcome of a sports event in accordance with the Sportsbetting Rules found in Clause 21 of these Terms (“Sportsbetting Rules”).
Betting Event means an Authorised Event or a Race that TAB offers betting on.

Examples of Betting Event in a sentence

  • In case of withdrawal or disqualification of an individual or team at an unfinished or carried out Betting Event, Bet on the winning or ranking of such individual or team shall be evaluated as a loss.

  • MatchCombo Bets are Bets simultaneously on two to seven Betting Opportunities from the same Betting Event.

  • Bets placed on Betting Opportunities of ‘last goal’ scorer stand unaffected for every football player that participates in the Betting Event, regardless of the time he comes into the Betting Event.

  • If for any reason a Bet which is not a LIVE Bet or Bet on Betting Opportunity of a long-term nature, is inadvertently accepted by the Operator on a Betting Event which has already commenced, the Operator declares such Bet void.

  • For example, Bets on first goal scorer or time of the first goal Bets will not be cancelled provided a goal has been scored prior to the termination of the respective Betting Event.

  • The Bets on Betting Opportunities results of which have been clearly determined before the premature termination of the sporting Betting Event will be evaluated according to their Official Result.

  • In case of a long-term sporting Betting Event being terminated prematurely for any reason, the Operator reserves the right to evaluate Bets on Betting Opportunities of a long-term nature, based on the existing official standings or the official champions as declared by the respective official governing body, regardless of the number of the remaining scheduled matches and regardless of the playoffs, if any.

  • In the case of identification of incorrect description of a Betting Event in the Odds Offer, the Operator has the right, under this Game Plan, to cancel and/or evaluate affected Bets with the Odds of 1.0and return them to the Participant.

  • Bet may be declared void by Operator in the following cases: - The Bet (with the exception of the LIVE Bet and a Betting Opportunity of a long-term nature) has been placed after the Betting Event has started.

  • In case of LIVE Bets or Betting Opportunities of a long-term nature, the Operator may accept the Bets even after the Betting Event has started.

  • Rating Event means the rating on the Notes is lowered by each of the Rating Agencies and the Notes are rated below an Investment Grade Rating by each of the Rating Agencies on any day within the 60-day period (which 60-day period will be extended so long as the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for a possible downgrade by any of the Rating Agencies) after the earlier of (a) the occurrence of a Change of Control and (b) public notice of the occurrence of a Change of Control or the Company’s intention to effect a Change of Control; provided that a Rating Event will not be deemed to have occurred in respect of a particular Change of Control (and thus will not be deemed a Rating Event for purposes of the definition of Change of Control Triggering Event) if each Rating Agency making the reduction in rating does not publicly announce or confirm or inform the Trustee in writing at the request of the Company that the reduction was the result, in whole or in part, of any event or circumstance comprised of or arising as a result of, or in respect of, the Change of Control (whether or not the applicable Change of Control has occurred at the time of the Rating Event).

  • Vesting Event means the earliest to occur of the following events:

  • Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Rating Event.

  • designated sporting event generally means any association football match, whether national or international. The full legal definition of the different classes of designated sporting events may be found in the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Amendment) Order 2011, under Article 2(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 2.

  • Triggering Event means any Section 11(a)(ii) Event or any Section 13 Event.

  • Delaying Event means any failure of a Party to perform any of its obligations set forth in this Agreement, caused in whole or in part by:

  • Training Event means either a Course or Online Training, or both.

  • Put Event means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Knock-out Event means the event as defined in §4(4).

  • Special Event means any of a Tax Event, an Investment Company Event or a Capital Treatment Event.

  • Default Event means an event or circumstance which leads Operator to determine that a Venue User is or appears to be unable or likely to become unable to meet its obligations in respect of an Order or Transaction or to comply with any other obligation under an Agreement or Applicable Law.

  • De-listing Event means the situation where (i) the shares in the Issuer are not listed and admitted to trading on a Regulated Market or (ii) trading in the shares in the Issuer on the relevant Regulated Market is suspended for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive Business Days.
