Beta Test means any activity that assesses a change or modification to a county’s certified voting equipment or system in preparation for the state’s formal certification or approval process.
Beta Test means the phase of testing of an insurance innovation in the regulatory sandbox through the use, sale, license, or availability of the insurance innovation by or to clients or consumers under the supervision of the commissioner.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, to the extent Trustwave provides any beta Test Products: (a) such Beta Test Products are provided to Customer “as-is” and with all faults, and Trustwave will not provide any maintenance or support services for Beta Test Products; (b) Trustwave disclaims any and all warranties with respect to Beta Test Products, and (c) Trustwave will not have any liability whatsoever with respect to Beta Test Products.
During the Term of this Agreement, if requested by Trustwave, Customer will provide feedback to Trustwave regarding the Beta Test Products, including error or bug reports and Customer hereby assigns to Trustwave all right, title and interest in and to such feedback.
Customer will discontinue any use of, and destroy any copies of, any and all Beta Test Products, upon the earlier of: (x) notice from Trustwave, (y) thirty (30) days after Trustwave’s first commercial shipment of the commercially released Software replacing the Beta Test Products, or (z) the time-out date for the Beta Test Products.
Customer acknowledges that the Beta Test Products may include a time bomb that causes the Beta Test Products to cease operation as of the time-out date.
Under evaluation and Beta Test licenses, the Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind.
More Definitions of Beta Test
Beta Test means the successful testing of the systems and technologies provided by the Corporation to logistically support the Mall (as defined in the Marketing Agreement) as reasonably determined by Investor; (ii) "Electronic Commerce Tools" shall have the meaning set forth in the Marketing Agreement; (iii) "Mall Tenant" shall have the meaning set forth in the Marketing Agreement; (iv) "Subscribers" shall mean all Mall Tenants that Investor and any of its affiliates or Alliances participated in soliciting; and (iv) "Warrant Term" shall mean the term beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (A) the second anniversary of the date of completion of the Beta Test and (B) the date of issuance of the Warrant.

(Game License) of the agreement. “Guest Pass”means a code which can be made available to the user when the user purchases the Game. This code can be given by the user to another person, allowing this person to access the Game for a certain amount of time. “Party” means the user or Pathea Games, both together referred to as the “Parties”. “Privacy Policy” means the privacy policy applicable to the personal data collected from the user in the services and processed by Pathea Games. “Release” means the date as from which the game will be made available to the user as a final product. New content and/or updates and upgrades of the game may be added to the game after the release by Pathea Games. “Services” means the services provided to the user by Pathea Games, free of charge or for a fee, including the Website, the Forums, the Game, the Shop, and through partnering third party outlets such as Steam.. “Territory” means serviced countries of Asia, Europe, North America and Oceania.
Beta Test means Client’s use of a Beta Feature(s) for the purpose of testing theusability and functionality of that Beta Feature(s).
