Berth 121 definition

Berth 121 has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Berth 121 means the marine terminal leased from the Port of Long Beach, California, pursuant to the Berth 121 Port Lease, that receives crude oil and other feedstocks from marine vessels for delivery to the Refinery and other third-party refineries and terminals, and receives refined and intermediate products from the Refinery for delivery to marine vessels.

The term includes a business engaged in processing agricultural, aquacultural, or maricultural products and specifically includes meat, poultry, and any other variety of food processing operations. It does not include an establishment in which retail sales of tangible personal property are made to retail customers.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;
