Benefits Program definition

Benefits Program means the employee welfare benefits plans, programs, policies, practices or arrangements of Purchaser offered for U.S. Transitioned Employees in accordance with Section 6.6(b)(ii) of this Agreement.
Benefits Program means the City’s LAwell civilian benefits program.
Benefits Program means programs such as group health, dental, life and disability, profit sharing, pension and similar programs (but excluding bonus plans) made generally available to the senior executives of the Company.

More Definitions of Benefits Program

Benefits Program means a Private Health Services Plan in the form of a Extended Health and Dental Program or other such similar program or programs developed and instituted for the benefit of the Subscribing Members of the Society and their Employees.
Benefits Program means the Employers’ Dynamics benefits program or similar benefits offering by the Employers whereby employees may choose levels of benefit;

Related to Benefits Program

  • Compensation and Benefits Programs means all compensation and benefit plans, policies, and programs of the Debtors, and all amendments and modifications thereto, applicable to the Debtors’ employees, former employees, retirees, and non-employee directors and the employees, former employees and retirees of their subsidiaries, including all savings plans, retirement plans, health care plans, disability plans, and incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, and life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance plans.

  • Health benefits plan means a benefits plan which pays or

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions.   • Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Dependent care assistance program means a benefit plan

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.
