Benefits and Perquisites definition

Benefits and Perquisites means the benefits and entitlements set out in Section 4.2;
Benefits and Perquisites means the benefits and perquisites which Executive was receiving or entitled to receive under and in accordance with Section 4(c) immediately prior to the date of Termination (or, if greater, before the occurrence of circumstances giving rise to Good Reason), and subject to the same limitations and restrictions (e.g., regarding the modification and termination of plans, benefits and perquisites) as set forth in Section 4(c);
Benefits and Perquisites means the benefits and perquisites to which the Executive was receiving or entitled to receive under Section 4(c), and subject to the same restrictions regarding the modification and termination of benefits and perquisite plans set forth therein, immediately prior to the date of Termination.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.
