Benefits as defined in Section 3.1(b).

Benefits means any treatment, facility, equipment, drug, device, supply or service that you receive reimbursement for under a plan. Benefits in these Principles means any valuable things, including money, endowments, commissions, positions, services, preferential treatment or rebates of any type or in any name. The Board shall enter into agreements and act in all matters in the name of “The Board of Trustees of the Public Education Benefits Trust Fund”.
