Benefited Land definition

Benefited Land means all the land contained in part Xxx 000 XX 000000 (RT 880064), part Xxx 000 XX 000000 (RT 788969) and Part Xxx 000 XX 000000 (RT932133), Wellington Registry (“head title”).
