Benefit Notice definition

Benefit Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.9.
Benefit Notice means a notice given or deemed to have been given in accordance with clause 15.6; Borrow means to borrow money, or to raise money by way of the drawing, acceptance, discount or sale of bills of exchange or promissory notes or other financial instruments, or otherwise howsoever, whether in New Zealand currency or in any other currency and Borrowing and Borrowed have a corresponding meaning; Business Day means a day other than Saturday or Sunday on which registered banks are open for general banking business in Wellington; Cash includes a cheque and bank cheque; Commissioner means the Commissioner of Inland Revenue as defined in section 3(1) of the Tax Administration Xxx 0000;
Benefit Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(f)(i).

Examples of Benefit Notice in a sentence

  • A valid factual dispute is a factual dispute that, if resolved in the enrollee’s favor, would entitle the enrollee to a different level of TennCare benefits than that identified in the Benefit Notice.

  • Provide enrollees with 40 days (inclusive of mail time) from the date of the Benefit Notice to request a hearing for valid factual disputes related to the changes in coverage and inform enrollees how they may request a hearing.

  • When an enrollee requests a hearing prior to the effective date of changes in coverage as identified in the Benefit Notice, the enrollee shall continue to receive benefits at the level for the eligibility category alleged by the enrollee to be currently applicable until the appeal has been resolved.

  • Valid factual disputes include when an enrollee claims to have received the Benefit Notice in error (e.g., he or she is already in a TennCare category that is not subject to the particular changes in coverage).

  • These enrollees will be granted a hearing because they did not have the opportunity to appeal the application of the benefit limit to them in connection with the Benefit Notice.

  • Neither the state nor the MCC will provide notification in addition to the Benefit Notice described above with respect to services that are eliminated from TennCare coverage as those services are no longer covered by TennCare.

  • Defect Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • Environmental Defect Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(a).

  • Claims Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

  • Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.

  • Claim Objection Deadline means the first Business Day that is 180 days after the Effective Date, as may be extended by order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Benefit Schedule means a schedule of benefits attached to these Terms and Benefits which sets out, among others, the benefit items and maximum benefits covered.

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.

  • Repurchase Response Notice means a notice delivered by the Indenture Trustee at the direction of the Administrator to a Noteholder or Note Owner indicating that a Repurchase Request is unresolved.

  • Response Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(a).

  • Penalty Notice means a written no- tification from the Director informing a respondent that the Director has made a finding of violation and, absent a request for a hearing, will impose a civil monetary penalty.

  • Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.

  • Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).

  • Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).

  • Continuation Notice as defined in Section 2.17(a).

  • Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;

  • Step-Out Notice has the meaning given to it in Section 8.1.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.
