Benefit Determination Date definition

Benefit Determination Date means the following:
Benefit Determination Date means any of the following: (1) the Executive’s Normal Retirement Date; (2) the date the Executive incurs an Involuntary Termination prior to the Executive’s Normal Retirement Date; (3) the date of the Executive’s death; (4) the date the Executive incurs a Disability; or (5) the date of a Change in Control.
Benefit Determination Date means the later of the first day of the calendar month coincident with or next following the Participant’s Termination Date or the Participant’s Early Retirement Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Participant’s Separation from Service occurs due to Disability prior to the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date, the Participant’s Benefit Determination Date shall mean the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date.

  • If any portion of the amount entered in item 3 is (or will be) transferred to PBGC more than 90 days after the Benefit Determination Date, enter that amount.b If there is a late payment, enter the applicable interest charge.

More Definitions of Benefit Determination Date

Benefit Determination Date means the first day of the calendar month immediately following the later of the Participant’s 55th birthday or the date of his or her Separation from Service.
Benefit Determination Date means the date that Plan benefits are calculated.

  • Adverse Benefit Determination means any of the following:

  • Payment Determination Date means, with respect to any Payment Date, one (1) Business Day immediately preceding such Payment Date.

  • Distribution Determination Date means, in respect of any Distribution Period, that number of business days prior thereto as is set out in the applicable Pricing Supplement or on the face of the relevant Perpetual Security;

  • Eligibility Determination means an approval or denial of eligibility and a renewal or termination of eligibility as set forth in OAR 410-200-0015;¶
