Such a statement shall be considered to reflect accurately the status of an Account for all purposes under the Plan, unless the Participating Employee or Inactive Participant reports a discrepancy to the Benefit Administrator within 30 days after receipt of the statement.
The Benefit Administrator is the contractual service provider to the Plan appointed by the Plan Administration Committee to assist the Plan Administration Committee in the administration of the Plan as provided in this Article VIII and the Plan Administration Committee in the designation of the investment options as provided in Article VII.
The Benefit Administrator shall perform such services in accordance with the terms of its contractual agreement(s) with the Plan Administration Committee and/or the Plan Administration Committee.

The Benefit Administrator shall perform such services in accordance with the terms of the Plan and any policies established by the Plan Administration Committee and the Plan Investment Committee.
A Participant may modify any such deduction percentage or Deferral Percentage by designating the new deduction percentage or Deferral Percentage in the manner specified by the Benefit Administrator, and the modification shall be effective as of the first payroll period following receipt of such designation, or as soon thereafter as administratively feasible.
Section 2.2 of the Plan is amended in its entirety effective as of January 1, 1993, to read as follows: 2.2 Entry Date: Any eligible Employee shall enter the Plan as soon as administratively feasible following the receipt by the Benefit Administrator of the Application for Participation and, if 401(k) Basic Deposits and/or 401(k) Additional Deposits are to be made, a Compensation Reduction and Deferral Agreement.
