In determining whether the conditions described in this Article VIII are satisfied, the Trustee shall be entitled to rely on a written certificate delivered by the applicable Beneficiary and the applicable Beneficiary Representative to the effect that such conditions are satisfied, provided that such certificate is also delivered to the other Beneficiary Representative hereunder.
Each Beneficiary Representative agrees to pay to the Trustee from time to time 50% of the reasonable compensation as agreed upon from time to time by the Trustee and the Beneficiary Representatives for all services rendered by it hereunder.
