Beneficiary Agreement definition

Beneficiary Agreement means an agreement to be entered into between the Project Implementing Entity and a Beneficiary for financing a MIP (as this term is hereinafter defined) and which shall include the terms and conditions set forth in the COM and PIP (as these terms are hereinafter defined), as these may be amended from time to time with agreement of the Association; and such term includes any schedule or addendum to the Beneficiary Agreement.
