Beneficial Holder definition

Beneficial Holder. A Person holding a beneficial interest in any Book-Entry Certificate as or through a DTC Participant or an Indirect DTC Participant or a Person holding a beneficial interest in any Definitive Certificate.
Beneficial Holder means any person who holds a beneficial interest in a Global Debenture as shown on the books of the Depository or a Depository Participant;
