Benchmark Survey. The City shall periodically collect total compensation market survey data and present such data to the bargaining unit. Typically, such data shall be presented to the bargaining unit every five years, several months prior to commencement of negotiations for a successor Memorandum of Understanding.   • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Benchmark Rate means, with respect to any Redemption Date, the rate per annum equal to the annual equivalent yield to maturity or interpolated maturity of the Comparable Benchmark Issue (as defined below), assuming a price for the Comparable Benchmark Issue (expressed as a percentage of its principal amount) equal to the Comparable Benchmark Price for such Redemption Date.
