Benchmark Event means the earlier to occur of:
Benchmark Event means, with respect to an Original Reference Rate, any one or more of the following:
Benchmark Event means: (i) the relevant Reference Rate ceasing to be published or ceasing to exist for at least five Business Days; or (ii) a public statement by the administrator of the relevant Reference Rate that it has ceased or that it will cease publishing the relevant Reference Rate permanently or indefinitely (in circumstances where no successor administrator has been appointed that will continue publication of the relevant Reference Rate); or (iii) a public statement by the supervisor of the administrator of the relevant Reference Rate, that the relevant Reference Rate has been or will be permanently or indefinitely discontinued; or (iv) a public statement by the supervisor of the administrator of the relevant Reference Rate as a consequence of which the relevant Reference Rate will be prohibited from being used either generally, or in respect of the Notes; or (v) it has become unlawful for the Bank, the Calculation Agent or any Paying Agent to calculate any payments due to be made to any Noteholder using the relevant Reference Rate, provided that, in the case of (ii),
Benchmark Event means any of:
Benchmark Event means: (i) the Reference Rate has ceased to be published on the Relevant Screen Page as a result of such benchmark ceasing to be calculated or administered; or (ii) a public statement by the administrator of the Reference Rate that it has ceased, or will cease, publishing the Reference Rate permanently or indefinitely (in circumstances where no successor administrator has been appointed that will continue publication of the Reference Rate); or (iii) a public statement by the supervisor of the administrator of the Reference Rate that the Reference Rate has been or will be permanently or indefinitely discontinued; or (iv) a public statement by the supervisor of the administrator of the Reference Rate that means that the Reference Rate will be prohibited from being used or that its use will be subject to restrictions or adverse consequences, either generally or in respect of the Notes; or (v) a public statement by the supervisor of the administrator of the Reference Rate that, in the view of such supervisor, (i) the Reference Rate is no longer representative of an underlying market or (ii) the methodology to calculate the Reference Rate has materially changed; or(vi) it has or will become unlawful for the Calculation Agent or the Issuer to calculate any payments due to be made to any Noteholder using the Reference Rate (including, without limitation, under the BMR, if applicable), provided that a change of the Reference Rate methodology that is not material does not constitute a Benchmark Event. In the event of a change in the formula and/or (mathematical or other) methodology used to measure the Relevant Benchmark, reference shall be made to the Reference Rate based on the formula and/or methodology as changed;
Benchmark Event means (i) the Reference Rate has ceased to be published on the Relevant Screen Page as a result of such benchmark ceasing to be calculated or administered or ceasing to be published for at least five Business Days; (ii) a public statement by the administrator of the relevant Reference Rate that the relevant Reference Rate is (or will be deemed by such administrator to be) no longer representative of its relevant underlying market; (iii) a specified date referred to in a public statement by the administrator of the Reference Rate when it will cease publishing the Reference Rate permanently or indefinitely (in circumstances where no successor administrator has been appointed that will continue publication of the Reference Rate); (iv) a specified date referred to in a public statement by the supervisor of the administrator of the Reference Rate when the Reference Rate has been or will be permanently or indefinitely discontinued; (v) a public statement by the supervisor of the administrator of the Reference Rate that means the Reference Rate will be prohibited from being used or that its use will be subject to restrictions or adverse consequences; or (vi) it has become unlawful to calculate any payments due to be made to any Certificateholder using the Reference Rate (including, without limitation, under the Benchmarks Regulation (EU) 2016/1011, if applicable), provided that in the case of sub-paragraphs (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) the Benchmark Event shall occur on the relevant date of the cessation of publication of the relevant Reference Rate, the discontinuation of the relevant Reference Rate, or the prohibition of use of the relevant Reference Rate, as the case may be, and not the date of the relevant public statement;
Benchmark Event means: (1) a public statement or publication of information by or on behalf of the regulatory supervisor of the Extended Reference Rate administrator stating that said administrator has ceased or will cease to provide the Extended Reference Rate permanently or indefinitely, unless, at the time of the statement or publication, there is a successor administrator that will continue to provide the Extended Reference Rate; or (2) a public statement or publication of information by or on behalf of the Extended Reference Rate administrator is made, stating that said administrator has ceased or will cease to provide the Extended Reference Rate permanently or indefinitely, unless, at the time of the statement or publication, there is a successor administrator that will continue to provide the Extended Reference Rate; or (3) it has become, for any reason, unlawful under any law or regulation applicable to the Fiscal Agent, any Paying Agent, the Calculation Agent, the Issuer or any other party to use the Extended Reference Rate; or
