Benchmark Data definition

Benchmark Data means de-identified (i.e., not containing any Personal Information) efficiency statistics collected for the purpose of publishing industry-based trends and benchmarks.

Benchmark Data means data either uploaded to or retrieved from a CaseWare Program or a Template; “CaseWare” means CaseWare International Inc. or an Affiliate, as indicated in an Order Form;

Benchmark Data means the benchmark data and comparators derived and/or collated from the Survey Responses, as made available by BW on Dashboard, from time to time;

More Definitions of Benchmark Data

Benchmark Data means data owned or controlled by Licensor as of the Effective Date, including any improvements or enhancements developed over the period during which the Study is being conducted, relating to Products, including: i) ulcerative colitis imaging (e.g., endoscopy), intestinal biopsy tissue and blood biomarkers (e.g., mRNA expression profiles, disease signature and TLR3 signature); and ii) pharmacodynamic (PD) markers for JNJ-42915925 (e.g., ex-vivo blood PD assay and results) in healthy volunteers, atopic subjects and asthmatic patients.

Benchmark Data means statistical, system, usage, configuration and other data regarding the Customer’s compliance with the Agreement and Customer’s usage of the Services that: (i) does not specifically identify Customer, Users, or Customer’s customers; and (ii) does not consist of any of Customer Data, provided, however, that Customer shall not consider statistical, anonymized, aggregated data part of Customer Data.

Benchmark Data means statistical, system, usage, and configuration data regarding the Your compliance with the Agreement and Your usage of the CARFIT Platform and of Your vehicle that: (i) does not specifically identify You or Your customers; and (ii) does not consist of any of Your Personal Information, provided, however, that You shall not consider statistical, aggregate data part of Your Personal Information.

Benchmark Data means data either uploaded to or retrieved from CaseWare Programs or a Template, "User" means Licensee and each individual who makes Use of a Licensed Copy or uses Documentation under this License; and "Use" means entering data to be processed by a computer program and/or causing a computer program to process data and/or causing a computer program to generate a report or other output in electronic or physical form.

Benchmark Data means statistical, system, usage, and configuration and other data regarding the Client’s compliance with the Agreement and Client’s usage of the Services that: (i) does not specifically identify Client, Client’s end users, or Client’s End Customers; and (ii) does not consist of any of Client Content or Client’s Confidential Information, provided, however, that Client shall not consider statistical, anonymized, aggregate data part of Client Content or its Confidential Information. For clarity, Benchmark Data shall not include any information that explicitly identifies Client, Client Content, Client’s Confidential Information, Client’s end users, or Client’s End Customers, and with respect to which there is no reasonable basis to believe that the Benchmark Data can be used to identify Client, Client Content, Client’s Confidential Information, Client’s end users, or Client’s End Customers.

Benchmark Data means information related to the usage of features in the Licensed Software (including, without limitation, number of policies running, number of checks in a policy, number of procedures running, nodes managed by procedures, vulnerabilities and severity).

Benchmark Data means results of tests or evaluations of the Sun Technology, including but not limited to usability, functionality, performance, performance against standard benchmarks, and/or quality information, data, or output.
