As used in this chapter the terms:(1) "Behavioral violation" means a student's behavior that violates a school district's discipline policy adopted under WAC 392-400-110.(2) "Classroom exclusion" means the exclusion of a stu- dent from a classroom or instructional or activity area for behavioral violations, subject to the requirements in WAC 392-400-330 and 392-400-335.
