Behavioral health service agency definition

Behavioral health service agency means the same as “agency” in A.A.C. R9-20-101.
Behavioral health service agency means a class of health care institution other than a hospital which provides screening, evaluation, care or treatment to persons having behavioral disorders related to a mental or emotional prob- lem(s) or substance abuse.
Behavioral health service agency or “agency” means a class of health care institution that provides one or more behavioral health services on a voluntary or court- ordered basis.
