Behavioral health receiving center definition

Behavioral health receiving center means a 23-hour nonsecure program or facility that is responsible for, and provides mental health crisis services to, an individual experiencing a mental health crisis.
Behavioral health receiving center means the same as that term is defined in Section 62A-15-118.
