In the event of such damage or destruction to your Bedroom your obligations to pay Rent will be waived only if we terminate this Lease, or do not furnish you with a bedroom within the Community or reasonably similar accommodation.
No such holding over shall constitute any form of tenancy, but will be considered unlawful possession, and we may exercise any right or remedy available under this Lease or the law to recover possession of your Bedroom and damages from you.
