Basket Bitcoin Amount definition

Basket Bitcoin Amount shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Section 1.1 of the Trust Agreement.
Basket Bitcoin Amount means, on any Trade Date, the number of Bitcoins required as of such Trade Date for each Creation Basket or Redemption Basket, as determined by dividing (x) the number of Bitcoins owned by the Trust at 4:00 p.m., New York time, on such Trade Date, after deducting the number of Bitcoins representing the U.S. Dollar value of accrued but unpaid fees and expenses of the Trust (in the case of any such fee and expense other than the Sponsor’s Fee, converted using the Bitcoin Index Price at such time, and carried to the eighth decimal place), by (y) the number of Shares outstanding at such time (with the quotient so obtained calculated to one one-hundred-millionth of one Bitcoin (i.e., carried to the eighth decimal place)) and multiplying such quotient by 100.
Basket Bitcoin Amount means the amount of bitcoin to be purchased or sold by the Trust which the Processing Agent will adjust as determined on each Business Day as promptly as practical after 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), by multiplying the Net Asset Value per Share by the number of Shares in each Basket and dividing the resulting product by that day's CF Benchmarks Index. Fractions of a bitcoin smaller than a satoshi are disregarded for purposes of the Basket Bitcoin Amount. The Basket Bitcoin Amount will be determined as provided in Section 2.6(c).

  • Broken Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Half-value layer (HVL) means the thickness of specified material which attenuates the beam of radiation to an extent such that the AKR is reduced by one-half of its original value.   • Daily Share Amount means, with respect to any VWAP Trading Day, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the excess, if any, of the Daily Conversion Value for such VWAP Trading Day over the applicable Daily Maximum Cash Amount by (B) the Daily VWAP for such VWAP Trading Day. For the avoidance of doubt, the Daily Share Amount will be zero for such VWAP Trading Day if such Daily Conversion Value does not exceed such Daily Maximum Cash Amount.

  • Valuation Cap means $8,000,000.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.
