Basic Support Services definition

Basic Support Services means the support services relating to the Use of the CleanTelligent Subscription Services by Client and its Access Agents provided by CleanBrain or its designees, directly or indirectly, to Client and/or its Access Agents, which includes (a) basic Implementation Services for the first thirty (30) days after the Effective Date of the Agreement, (b) ongoing Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support with a twelve (12) business hour or less response time for the initial response of each new request or message from Client or its Access Agents, and (c) access to the CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, all as determined by CleanBrain from time to time in its sole discretion.
Basic Support Services means the services set out in clause 6. Billing Start date means the date the services provided by The IGD Group have been commissioned/activated the Service by The IGD Group or its suppliers to the Customer.

Examples of Basic Support Services in a sentence

  • Basic Support Services will be based on this Exhibit A unless paid support is stated in an associated Order Form or invoice for the current subscription term.

  • Customers purchasing Licensed Solutions under a perpetual license have the option to purchase Premier, Standard, or Basic Support Services.

  • No employee, agent, representative, affiliate, or Sales Contractor of CleanBrain, or CleanBrain Employees, has authority to bind CleanBrain to any oral representations or warranty concerning the Software, CleanTelligent Subscription Services, Documentation, Phone/Email/Webinar/Chat Support, CleanTelligent Knowledge Base, Implementation Services, Admin Assist Services, Basic Support Services, Priority Support Services, Business Intelligence/Visualizer Services, or any other services hereunder.

  • EXHIBIT B Enhanced Support and Data Services Customer acknowledges that the Basic Support Services (as described on the Support Website) are not available for the Product licensed under this Schedule.

  • Basic Support Services are included in the price of the Purchased Suite and described in the applicable Enrollment Description and Licensing Documents.

Basic Support Services means Client’s employees, consultants, contractors, and agents (a) who are authorized by Client to access and use the ECI Services under the rights granted to Client pursuant to this Agreement and any SOW, and (b) for whom access to the ECI Services has been purchased hereunder. means (i) basic computer and user troubleshooting; (ii) backup, general administration and security for computer systems; (iii) internal personnel moves, adds, and changes for all user accounts and related hardware and software; (iv) support of employee personal computers brought in from offsite as needed, as approved by Client management; (v) provision of additional ECI staff as needed for specific expertise; (vi) telephony support as needed; and (vii) coordination and management of all third-party technology vendors as they relate to Management and Consulting Services.
Basic Support Services means the services set out in clause 6. Billing Start date means the date the services provided by IGD have been commissioned/activated the Service by IGD or its suppliers to the Customer. Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or any other day which is a public holiday or a bank holiday in the place where an act is to be performed or a payment is to be made.
