BASIC STANDARDS definition

BASIC STANDARDS means those standards as established in section 31.11.
BASIC STANDARDS refers to the directives, manuals, specifications, recommendations, regulations and/or guidelines, which shall be complied by the CONCESSIONAIRE in all Concession stages and which shall be issued by the following national and international organizations:

More Definitions of BASIC STANDARDS

BASIC STANDARDS means the prescribed basic standards or those standards authorised by the Minister pursuant to section 15;
BASIC STANDARDS means those standards set forth in Pamphlets No. 54, National Fuel Gas Code and No. 58, Storage and Handling Liquefied Petro- leum Gases, as published by the National Fire Protection Association of the United States of America and as amended from time to time;
BASIC STANDARDS means the regulation entitled Basic Standards and Methodologies for Surface Waters, adopted by the Commission and published as 5 CCR 1002-31, Regulation No. 31.
BASIC STANDARDS means the standards to be identified by the Ministry in regards with the designing, construction works and maintenance of the subject Healthcare Premise, and also with the operation of the non-medical services and functional areas of activity in the Premises;

Related to BASIC STANDARDS

  • Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • National Standards means the document entitled “National Standards for the Volatile Organic Compound Content of Canadian Commercial/Industrial Surface Coating Products Automotive Refinishing, October 1998, PN 1288" and published by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment;

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Benchmarks Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on indices used as benchmarks in financial instruments and financial contracts or to measure the performance of investment funds and amending Directives 2008/48/EC and 2014/17/EU and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014;

  • Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form;

  • harmonised standard means harmonised standard as defined in point (c) of point 1 of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012;

  • Service Standards means the set of Service Measures, Service Levels, conditions and Service Guarantee Payments as set out in Schedule 1;

  • Minimum Standards means standards of practice that interpret the legal definition of nursing as well as provide criteria against which violations of the law can be determined.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • Air Standards Manager means the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, or any other person who represents and carries out the duties of the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, as those duties relate to the conditions of this Certificate.

  • Specifications and Standards means the specifications and standards relating to the quality, quantity, capacity and other requirements for the Project Highway, as set forth in Schedule-D, and any modifications thereof, or additions thereto, as included in the design and engineering for the Project Highway submitted by the Contractor to, and expressly approved by, the Authority;

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Standards Authority means NERC, and the NERC regional entities with governance over PJM and NYISO, any successor thereof, or any other agency with authority over the Parties regarding standards or criteria to either Party relating to the reliability of Transmission Systems.

  • Guidelines means the Instructions to Authors available on the Xxxxxxx Science website, as well as the Aims & Scope applicable to the relevant Xxxxxxx Science publication). Xxxxxxx Science’s nominated service provider, Xxxxxxx Science, offers English language support services which Assignor may elect to utilise in respect of the Work by completing the applicable box in Schedule 1: Details of the Work. The provision of such services by Xxxxxxx Science shall be subject to Xxxxxxx 2 [v.122016] Science’s prevailing terms and rates relating to such type of optional support.

  • Applicable Accounting Standards means Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States, International Financial Reporting Standards or such other accounting principles or standards as may apply to the Company’s financial statements under United States federal securities laws from time to time.
