Basic Retirement Plan definition

Basic Retirement Plan means the NBT Bancorp Inc. Defined Benefit Pension Plan, as amended from time to time.
Basic Retirement Plan means any defined benefit pension plan intended to be qualified under Section 401 of the Code, sponsored by Amphenol Corporation or any Affiliated Company, as amended from time to time.
