Basic Rent is due and payable from the Board no later than the 15th day prior to each Basic Rent Payment Date.
Each such Supplemental Lease will include an amended Exhibit A reflecting separately the Principal Portion and the Interest Portion of Basic Rent allocable to the original Lease and to each Supplemental Lease due on each Basic Rent Payment Date as well as the total Basic Rent on each Basic Rent Payment Date.
