Basic Remote Hands Service definition

Basic Remote Hands Service is defined in Section 3.3.
Basic Remote Hands Service means repair and maintenance services performed without taking Customer Equipment off rack as detailed in Clause 2.3 below;

Examples of Basic Remote Hands Service in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Basic Remote Hands Service is included as part of the Variable Hosting Rate and will not be subject to separate charges or invoices.

  • The “Related Services” consist of ● installation of Customer Equipment (as more particularly described in Section 3.3); ● the Basic Remote Hands Service (as more particularly described in Section 3.4); and ● deinstallation of Customer Equipment.

  • The following activities, which require software or hardware changes requested by Customer (the “Advanced Remote Hands Service” and, together with the Basic Remote Hands Service, the “Remote Hands Service”), may be requested by Customer and provided by Provider on an “as-is” basis, subject to the prior mutual agreement of the Parties with a cost defined in Annex 1 and billed weekly.

  • Any such Tickets that call for Basic Remote Hands Service shall be deemed to have been opened by the Customer, and be conclusive orders for such Basic Remote Hands Service.

Related to Basic Remote Hands Service

  • Remote access means that inspection can be made without the need to physically visit the courthouse where the court record is maintained.

  • Remote site means a setting physically separate from the sponsoring or supervising physician's primary place for meeting pa- tients or a setting where the physician is present less than twenty- five percent of the practice time of the licensee.

  • Special Purpose Bankruptcy Remote Entity shall have the meaning set forth on Schedule 5 hereto.

  • Bankruptcy Remote Party means each of the Seller, the Issuer, any other trust created by the Seller or any limited liability company or corporation wholly-owned by the Seller.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;
