To identify this Impending Danger threat there must be specific information to suggest that a family is consistently unable to meet basic needs daily. The inability for a family to meet basic needs may be situational but is often more likely to be a longstanding pattern and problem. The inability of a family to meet basic needs may often be associated with a caregiver’s inability to be proactive in planning; resourceful; and/or demonstrate follow through.
