Basic Hourly Rate definition

Basic Hourly Rate means the basic rate of pay divided by seven and one-half (7 ½) hours.
Basic Hourly Rate means the applicable monetary amount for each relevant classification as set out in Appendix B at the end of this Agreement.
Basic Hourly Rate means the hourly wage paid to a laborer or mechanic for work performed during nonovertime hours, but shall not include the cost to an employer of furnishing fringe benefits whether paid directly or indirectly to the laborer or mechanic as provided in paragraph (7);

Examples of Basic Hourly Rate in a sentence

  • No premium pay provided for in this Agreement shall be included as part of the Basic Hourly Rate of any Employee for the computation of overtime pay.

  • Basic Hourly Rate shall be as noted on Schedules “A” and “B” attached as part of this Agreement.

  • Basic Hourly Rate applicable upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

  • An Employee required to work in excess of eight (8) hours a day or forty (40) hours a week, shall be paid at the premium rate of time and one half the Employee's Basic Hourly Rate.

  • Occurring on the Sixth Day Worked in an Employee’s Studio Workweek: Three (3) times the scheduled Regular Basic Hourly Rate.


More Definitions of Basic Hourly Rate

Basic Hourly Rate means the hourly rate for the work being performed exclusive of overtime and premiums.
Basic Hourly Rate shall be as noted on Schedule "A" attached as part of this Agreement. Rates will be increased as follows: Jan. 1, 2012 2.00% Jan. 1, 2013 2.00% Jan. 1, 2014 2.00%
Basic Hourly Rate means the employee's basic annual pay divided by 2920 for employees whose normal work week is fifty-six (56) hours, or divided by 2080 for employees whose normal work week is forty (40) hours.
Basic Hourly Rate means each employee’s base salary of pay divided by total yearly hours worked based on seven and one-quarter (7 ¼) hours per working day; and
Basic Hourly Rate means the hourly wage paid to a laborer [or], mechanic, or utility worker for work performed during nonovertime hours, but shall not include the cost to an employer of furnishing fringe benefits, whether paid directly or indirectly to the laborer [or], mechanic, or utility worker as provided in the definition of "wages".
Basic Hourly Rate shall be as noted on Schedule "A" attached as part of this Agreement.
Basic Hourly Rate means the actual salary and other personnel expenses of the employee, divided by the annual number of hours of employment.
