Basic Documents definition

Basic Documents means this Indenture, the Certificate of Trust, the Trust Agreement (as amended), the Purchase Agreement, the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Underwriting Agreement, the Asset Representations Review Agreement and other documents and certificates delivered in connection therewith.

Examples of Basic Documents in a sentence

  • All approvals, authorizations, consents, orders, licenses or other actions of any Person or of any Governmental Authority required for the due execution, delivery and performance by the Borrower of the Borrower Basic Documents have been obtained.

Basic Documents shall have the meaning specified in the Indenture.
Basic Documents means the Indenture, this Agreement, the Deposit and Administration Agreement, the Note Underwriting Agreement and other documents delivered in connection herewith and therewith.
