Basic Card definition

Basic Card means the Card belonging to a Basic Cardmember.
Basic Card means a credit card which a commercial bank issued to a cardholder or a consumer whose income or financial status is sufficient for making debt repayment under the credit card.
Basic Card means the credit card that commercial banks issue to cardholders or consumers whose income or financial status is sufficient for making credit card debt repayment.
