Basic Annual Rent definition

Basic Annual Rent. $888,000 ($1.48 per month per square foot of Rentable Area), subject to adjustment pursuant to Sections 4.1, 6.1 and 8.2

Examples of Basic Annual Rent in a sentence

  • Said Basic Annual Rent shall be due and payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments to be paid in advance on or before the first day of each calendar month during the term of the Lease.

  • Tenant shall also pay as rental (in addition to the Basic Annual Rent) all other sums of money as shall become due and payable by Tenant to Landlord under this Lease.

More Definitions of Basic Annual Rent

Basic Annual Rent means the payments referenced in Subparagraph 3.1(a);
