Baseline Revenue definition

Baseline Revenue means [***].
Baseline Revenue means one half of the OMTRT divided equally by the number of mines in Commercial Production in Ontario (subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 2.2 below); and
Baseline Revenue means the consolidated revenue of the Canyons Resort for the trailing twelve (12) month period ending on the month prior to the Lease Execution Date.

More Definitions of Baseline Revenue

Baseline Revenue means, with respect to a Sponsorship on any Retrofit A/C, the average weekly Connectivity Revenue generated on such Retrofit A/C during the Baseline Period multiplied by the number of weeks in the Sponsorship.
Baseline Revenue means the aggregate revenue of an acquisition target generated, in the good faith determination of Parent, during the twelve months immediately prior to and ending on the date of such acquisition (the “Baseline Measurement Period”). In the event an Earnout Measurement Period is shorter than twelve months, then the Excess Revenue shall be calculated based upon the revenue of the acquisition target for such shorter period, less the portion of Baseline Revenue earned by the acquisition target during the comparable portion of the Baseline Measurement Period.
