Baseline Project Schedule definition

Baseline Project Schedule means the time-scaled and cost-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) network, updated in accordance with the Contract and depicting the Price Items and subordinate activities and their respective prices (distributed over time), durations, sequences, and interrelationships and represent the Contractor’s Work plans; the Contractor’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the Work including the design, permitting and construction activities and completing the Project; and the Contract Price distributed over the period of the Contract.

  • If the Contractor fails substantially to perform in a timely manner in accordance with the Contract Documents and, through the fault of the Contractor or Subcontractor(s) of any tier, fails to meet the Baseline Project Schedule, the Contractor shall take such steps as may be necessary to immediately improve its progress by increasing the number of workers, shifts, overtime operations, or days of work, or by other means and methods, all without additional cost to the Port.

  • The Contractor shall furnish sufficient forces and shall work such hours, including extra shifts, overtime operations, and weekend and holiday work as may be necessary to ensure completion of the Work within the Contract Time and the approved Baseline Project Schedule.

  • A Baseline Project Schedule shall be initiated with the project Baseline Cost Model and agreed to by the project team at the same time.

  • Requested substitution will not adversely affect the Baseline Project Schedule.

  • Comparison of the approved Baseline Project Schedule using proposed substitution with products specified for the Work, including effect on the overall Contract Time.

Related to Baseline Project Schedule

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
