Baseline Energy definition

Baseline Energy means the energy use (units) occurring during the Baseline Period without adjustments.
Baseline Energy means the combined energy used and billed to Customer for both the 701 N. Kirk Road Facility and the 1801 Suncast Lane location up to and including 61,509,600 kilowatt-hours annually.
Baseline Energy means the total of Firm Baseline Energy and Interruptible Baseline Energy.

Examples of Baseline Energy in a sentence

  • For purposes of billing, the methodology used in the Operating Procedures provided for under subsection 2.2(f) of the Power Contract to calculate Unscheduled Energy shall apply to the power taken under this Confirmation such that all such energy shall be treated as Baseline Energy for purposes of such calculation.

  • Subject to the other provisions of this Contract, TVA shall make available and sell, and USEC shall purchase, Firm Baseline Energy and Interruptible Baseline Energy in the quantities set out below on an hourly basis, twenty-four (24) hours per day and seven (7) days per week throughout the term of this Contract.

  • By March 1, 2001, USEC and TVA shall agree on a methodology to establish what the high and low range of market value is for the remaining Baseline Energy under Period One (this could include seeking a third party estimate).

  • The FCA shall mean the per-MWh amount by which the Baseline Energy Prices under section 3 above of this agreement are increased or decreased from time to time in accordance with the formula designed to reflect changes in TVA’s fuel costs, purchased power costs, and related costs as shown in Exhibit B.


More Definitions of Baseline Energy

Baseline Energy means the annual energy consumption levels at the Existing Equipment prior to the implementation of the energy conservation measures by the ESCO in accordance with Schedule 6 (Baseline Energy Consumption and Baseline Unit Rates).

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Baseline area means any intra- state area (and every part thereof) des- ignated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would con- struct or would have an air quality im- pact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than 1 μg/m3 (an- nual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10; or equal or greater than 0.3 μg/m3 (annual average) for PM2.5.(ii) Area redesignations under section 107(d)(1)(A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act cannot intersect or be smaller than the area of impact of any major stationary source or major modification which:

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;
