Baseline Condition definition

Baseline Condition means the condition at the time of the damage of the natural resources and services that would have existed had the environmental damage not occurred, estimated on the basis of the best information available;
Baseline Condition of the Terminals has the meaning specified in Section 7.2.
Baseline Condition means the condition or conditions that would have existed at the area of assessed damages had the release of hazardous material not occurred.
