For purposes of the preceding proviso, the amount to which SPE would have been entitled if the Sharing Period were treated as a single accounting period means the SPE Share multiplied by an amount equal to (x) Marvel’s Classic Merchandising Net Receipts for the entire Sharing Period less (y) the Baseline Amount.
