A lengthy and active marketing process culminated with an agreement among HSG, TRBP and Rangers Baseball Express LLC (the “ Purchaser”), whose principals include the current President of the Texas Rangers, Nolan Ryan, and Chuck Greenberg, a sports lawyer and minor league club owner, dated as of January 23, 2010 (the “January APA”), governing the sale of the Texas Rangers franchise and certain related assets.
