Base Wage Rate definition

Base Wage Rate means the Wage Rate in effect on January 1, 2000.
Base Wage Rate means the straight time hours and hourly rate paid each laborer or mechanic.
Base Wage Rate means the Wage Rate in effect for the calendar year 2000.

Examples of Base Wage Rate in a sentence

  • The maximum allowable hourly wage rate for Changes to the Work shall be the appropriate Base Wage Rate plus Fringe Rate as listed for each occupation in the Prevailing Wage Rate for Public Works Contracts in Oregon manual issued by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (the current issue in effect on the date the quote is first advertised and/or a quote is first requested); multiplied by 1.20.

  • Apprentices shall be paid a progressive basis of the journeyman’s Base Wage Rate, provided, however, that no apprentice shall receive an increase in pay at the end of any one period, unless his progress on the job and related technical instruction is deemed satisfactory by the Joint Apprenticeship Committee.

  • Delete Subparagraph 7.3.7.1 and substitute the following: 7.3.7.1 The maximum allowable hourly wage rate for Changes to the Work shall be the appropriate Base Wage Rate plus Fringe Rate as listed for each occupation in the Prevailing Wage Rate for Public Works Contracts in Oregon manual issued by the Oregon Bureau of Industries; multiplied by 1.25.

  • The employer will also contribute to the defined contribution plan for each compensated hour 1.50% of Base Wage Rate.

  • In connection with any Workweek during which a Tipped Worker does not perform any Overtime Work, a Covered Business shall be able to demonstrate that, when the Tipped Worker’s Direct Wages for the hours of non-Overtime work and the received tips are combined, the Tipped Worker has received compensation during the Workweek that is no less than the then applicable Base Wage Rate times the number of hours worked.


More Definitions of Base Wage Rate

Base Wage Rate means the rate of pay for ordinary hours worked excluding any allowances (referred to in previous agreements as the “flat” rate) as set out in Schedule A - Wages Table of this Agreement.
Base Wage Rate means the flat rate applicable for working the ordinary hours exclusive of all allowances and penalties as contained in Schedule 3.
Base Wage Rate means the Wage Rate in effect for the calendar year 1996.
Base Wage Rate means the prevailing hourly rate of wages, less fringe benefits.
Base Wage Rate means the Wage Rate in effect on December 31, 2011.
Base Wage Rate. (as set forth in Section 3.01(b) of the Original Lease) shall mean the Wage Rate in effect on December 31, 2016. For avoidance of doubt, Tenant shall not be obligated to pay any Operating Payments with respect to the period of time commencing on January 1, 2016 and ending on December 31, 2016.
Base Wage Rate means the Wage Rate in effect on January 1, 2006.
