Base Units definition

Base Units means the number of Restricted Share Units set forth in the Award Agreement (increased by any additional Restricted Share Units “purchased” pursuant to Section 4(e) hereof) by which the number of Shares that may be delivered to a Participant is measured.
Base Units means the number of Class D Units designated as Base Units on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Examples of Base Units in a sentence

  • Any Class A Units that do not become fully vested in accordance with the preceding sentence will automatically be cancelled and forfeited as of the date of the Administrator’s determination of the number of Qualifying Termination Base Units without payment of any consideration therefor, and the Participant shall have no further right to or interest in such Class A Units.
