Base Throughput Fee definition

Base Throughput Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b)(i).

Examples of Base Throughput Fee in a sentence

  • If, for any Contract Quarter, Actual Shipments are less than the Minimum Throughput Commitment, then the Refining Entity shall pay the Logistics Entity an amount (a “Shortfall Payment”) equal to the difference between (i) the Minimum Throughput Commitment multiplied by the Base Throughput Fee and (ii) the aggregate Throughput Fees for such Contract Quarter payable under Section 2(b)(i) and Section 2(b)(ii).

  • Subject to Sections 2(d) and 2(j), the Refining Entity shall pay the Logistics Entity an amount equal to the Base Throughput Fee multiplied by the Actual Shipments on the Pipelines.

  • For volumes of Asphalt Products that exceed 248,200 tons during any Contract Year, VMSC will receive a discount off the Base Throughput Fee of $10.00 per ton for each ton in excess of 248,200 tons (the “Volume Incentive Discount”).

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance. Special Landscape Areas, including recreation areas, areas permanently and solely dedicated to edible plants such as orchards and vegetable gardens, and areas irrigated with recycled water are subject to the MAWA with an ETAF not to exceed 1.0.   • Monthly Uptime Percentage means total number of minutes in a calendar month minus the number of minutes of Downtime suffered in a calendar month, divided by the total number of minutes in a calendar month.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Volume Commitment means the agreed upon Customer commitment to purchase, and may be described as an Annual Volume Commitment, Total Volume Commitment, Tiered Volume Commitment, or Subminimum Volume Commitment.
