Base Taxes Allocable to the Premises definition

Base Taxes Allocable to the Premises means the same proportion of Base Taxes for and pertaining to the Building and the Site as the Rentable Floor Area of Tenant's Space bears to the Total Rentable Floor Area of the Building.
Base Taxes Allocable to the Premises means the same proportion of Base Taxes for and pertaining to the Building and the Site as the Rentable Floor Area of the Premises bears to 95% of the Total Rentable Floor Area of the Building.
Base Taxes Allocable to the Premises means the same proportion of Base Taxes as the Rentable Floor Area of Tenant’s Premises bears to 100% of the total Rentable Floor Area of the Office Area.
