Base Service definition

Base Service means: a Planned Service which is not able to operate as Planned; or
Base Service means a base level of Xbox Live services available to End Users for a fee payable to Microsoft or its affiliates. The Base Service, and the terms and conditions for Licensee's Base Online Features, is further defined in this Amendment and the Xbox Guide.
Base Service means the service to be supplied by seethelight to you, as described in Part 1 of Annex A. "Base Service Charge" means the charges for the Base Service as set out in Part 1 of Annex A.

Examples of Base Service in a sentence

  • The term 8XX is used interchangeably with 800 Data Base Service throughout this Tariff to describe this service.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, an LMEprecious Non-Clearing Member shall not be required to use to clear LMEprecious Contracts the same Clearing Member that it uses to clear Contracts subject to the LME Base Service.

More Definitions of Base Service

Base Service means a base level of Xbox LIVE services available to End Users consisting of online multiplayer gameplay for a fee payable to Microsoft or its affiliates, as designated from time to time by Microsoft or its affiliates. The Base Service and the terms and conditions for Base Online Features are further defined in the Durango Publisher Guide. “Base Online Game Features” shall mean a Software Title’s Online Game Features that are available to End Users as part of the Base Service.
Base Service means the service comprising access to the Information by the Means as in place between Discloser and Recipient at the start of this Agreement.
